The rapid and challenging developments particularly in the computer and communication technologies have initiated to set new rules in business world. Due to these new rules, plenty of corporations have encountered with substantial change and those which may keep up with these changes continue to exist however those which may not keep up with these changes have been exterminated. On – line shopping, banking and data sharing have been carried out upon a sole network and virtual card, virtual money, credit card and internet money have been introduced.

Most outstanding among these concepts is undoubtedly “e-commerce”. This new form of commerce has provided with many various dimensions to the ordinary commerce concept. This new concept has affected the SME’s which are the basic keystones of the world economies.

SME’s are lacking of non-academic but qualified work force in the field of computer and internet technologies.
